Fortress is bugged

We take Hotan Fortress yesterday and we see that there are bugged things.
- Can't spawn unique in Fortress Like Senior general or Tai-Sui.
- cant enter Fortress Dungeon
- And most Important thing Tax rate is 0%( or event don't working) so we don't get any money From Hotan.

Admin u will answer for this bugs?
I see im Jangan is 14% tax rate but in hotan it's 0% why?

So what is a sense to Make fortress warr when we dont get any gold from it?

in next update there's will be fix for for this things in fortress
